Our Story

Live Your Life On Purpose

The conceptualization of Inspiring Purpose Counseling Group (IPCG) began in June of 2018 when Nichole Harris was contacted by three former interns who were interested in creating a unique counseling practice in the Columbus, OH area. Having worked with each other in the past, the four clinicians believed that their collective purposes aligned and conceived the vision to transition Inspiring Purpose Counseling, LLC into Inspiring Purpose Counseling Group, LLC.  They wanted to create a space where all clients can be inspired and safe to explore their mental health and in doing so, find their healing and purpose.

IPCG has grown to having a total of 10 clinicians and is proud to be the only all female, all Black-owned private counseling practice in the city and surrounding areas. This journey that they affectionately call "divinely purposed" continues to reach new heights as they work to break the stigmas of mental health to facilitate hope and lasting positive change.
