Office Hours & Communication
Our administrative team handles scheduling, billing, and general inquiries during regular business hours (Tuesday–Friday). Tuesdays-Thursdays our team is available from 10am-7pm, Fridays 10am-4pm.
If you contact us outside of those hours, don’t worry — we’ll get back to you!
Please allow 48–72 hours for a response. After-hours calls, text messages, and emails are not monitored, but we’ll follow up as soon as we’re back in the office.
